MTS Wind Turbine Blade Fatigue Test Solutions

Apply single- and dual-axis cyclic loading to full-scale wind turbine blades and sub-components at resonant frequencies to meet fatigue-testing demands of International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) Technical Specification 61400-23.
