Upgrade or add capability to your existing static test system to optimize performance. For your older test system, an MTS ReNew upgrade replaces the outdated controls with state-of-the-art MTS digital controls and MTS TestSuite™ Software running on a Windows 10 PC. For your existing universal test machine (UTM), you can add a touchscreen user interface or custom-designed fixtures, or integrate third party accessories.
Less expensive than buying new capital equipment
Manage controller obsolescence and avoid downtime
Use your existing test accessories on old systems or add capability to new systems
Ability to set limits for load, extension, strain or any other data channel

In North America, we can:
Upgrade the user interface with an ergonomic adjustable touchscreen PC system and accessory mounting channels
Add more capability with custom fixtures designed to fit your testing needs
Integrate 3rd party accessories, components or sub-systems; including automation solutions
A ReNew upgrade typically takes 2-3 days. An MTS field service engineer removes the existing controls and electronics and replaces with MTS hardware. The FSE then configures the system hardware and software and verifies calibration on all sensors: force, displacement, crosshead speed and strain. When the upgrade is complete, you will receive training on system operation.
For custom fixtures & systems, please contact MTS to discuss build and delivery options.
